Materials
ASTM F-67: Pure, unalloyed titanium. This is the safest metal for sensitive ears because it is the least likely to cause a reaction. We use this for almost all of our earrings.
ASTM F-136: Implant grade titanium. This is an biocompatible alloy containing aluminum, vanadium, and titanium. We use this for our flat back studs.
STAINLESS STEEL: We use this as a base metal for our bracelets and necklaces. We always use nickel free and lead free stainless steel. It is then plated with titanium nitride, a biocompatible material, to further protect sensitive skin.
COATING: Titanium nitride PVD is applied to our gold jewelry to give it an 18k gold color. Titanium nitride is a hypoallergenic material that is more durable and resistant to wear than gold plating.
CARE: Since the materials we use are non-tarnishing, our jewelry can be worn in the water and will not change color, rust, tarnish or turn green.

...they seem to be so overwhelmed with their customers that I can't even get a replacement for the backs to my new earrings. I contacted them regarding the defective backs. I received a very prompt response and copy of an order for a complimentary set. Well that was Sept 3 and after no response for weeks, I received a copy of an order cancelation "out of stock". Yet, I see ads every day for new products they are trying to sell. Why would I ever purchase anything else when my very first order will never be completed? Would I just get half an earring next time too? Very disappointing customer service for such a great product. Sadly, I will have to find a business who can send me my entire order, not just half.

Great for sensitive ears!
Super comfortable to wear all day. I've been wearing them daily and my ears haven't reacted to them. I had a hard time getting the backs on and off the first few times I wore them but it's getting easier.

Cute but….
Customer service is 10/10 every time! And the earrings are sooo cute in person! Also, I can’t wear anything but titanium and I have had ZERO problems with these. However the stones keep falling out. I bought them in June and it’s September and they have been replaced 3 times. I’m so thankful they were replaced but the hassle isn’t worth it imo. They’re great if you’re only going to wear them occasionally but for everyday wear they don’t hold up unfortunately.
