So happy with these! I think Trendsetter is the perfect name for them, as they're different from regular hoops, but subtly so. My atopic dermatitis makes me super sensitive to metals, and these have caused no flare-ups or pain since I put them on a month ago. 11\10

Defective earring, unresponsive customer service

One of the earrings I ordered was defective, not closing all the way. Contacted customer service for refund, no response for a whole week. Then they asked me to just proceed with returning the item, which costs restocking fee. Followed up with them again for alternative way for refund since the product was defective, no response again for another week. The most horrible exper!

Lightweight and very stulish

Love my new earrings! Very easy to snap on and love the size… just right.

Great but slight flaw

I'm very happy with these earrings, as they not only look great but they don't hurt my sensitive ears. The only issue I have with them is that one of the earrings' "stem" has to be pushed down to fully clasp :/
