I really wanted to like these - they are pretty and make my ears happy - but one of them won’t stay closed and keeps falling out. I emailed the support team like instructed on the site, but have not had a response and it has been almost 5 days.

This is my second pair of Tini Lux earrings. Only ones that don't make my ears red and painful! The closure of these hoops took me a few wears to get it down. Maybe there's a how-to video i missed, but it would be helpful.

Finally, earrings I can sleep in/shower in/kayak in/live in. I love them. The first pair I got did have a broken clasp, but they replaced them and the second pair clasps so well they can honestly be hard to get off (which I love). Would recommend!!

I'm so glad I discovered this brand on TikTok. I have very sensitive ears and have spent a lot of money on different earrings over the years, but these seem to not cause me any issues and I have been wearing them every day. One of the clasps of my Main Sail Huggies wasn't working and I was sent a replacement right away. I really appreciated their quick and easy response. I would definitely recommend this brand!
