I got a message two weeks ago that there was a delay in delivery but have not heard back with an update.
One earring closes, but the other is broken. I contacted customer service and did not hear back. They are expensive earrings to arrive broken, and this is the first time I’ve had an order with problems and needed customer service. Hopefully someone sees this and does something, but I am guessing this model is not made as sturdy based on how it closes. I made a video to show how the clasp won’t stay closed, but it looks like you can’t post a video anymore.
