Damaged

Box arrived smashed and both posts were bent backwards, almost flat to the cardboard backing. Emailed customer service 2 days ago and still waiting for a response. This is my 3rd pair of earrings from Tini Lux and sad to say, only 1 of the 3 pairs were perfect. I love the earrings but getting tired of the earring arriving damaged or defective.
