Amazing customer service

I ordered my daughter this beautiful pearl Betty necklace for graduating med school. I was disappointed when I noticed two pearls were not right, dead in the center, no way to hide. I wrote the company and waited three days with no response. I was going to contact them again that day when I received an email saying don’t send multiple emails. Haha within another day or two I got noticed that a replacement was delivered!!! AMAZING, FAST service. Thank you so much. My daughter is extremely happy with the new set.
