These earrings are very comfortable and great quality. I put them in my third lobe which gets irritated easily, and I have had no allergic reactions to them. It took me a few tries to get the earring secured but once you get it, it stays secured. Would recommend!

My third hole has been impossibly sensitive for years and these studs were my last ditch effort. I wear Tini Lux in my other two piercings successfully, but I think the taking in and out irritated the third hole too much, despite being titanium. Once I got these in (they were hard to get in at first! Watch the video - it helps) and gave my piercing a chance to settle down, there has been no redness, swelling, pain - for the first time ever - and it's soooo nice to be able to sleep with them in and not mess with the fussy piercing anymore!

I received two of these as a pair for Christmas. This was my first time putting in screw/flat back earrings, and the nano size made it very challenging. Once I sat down close to a mirror, I was able to screw them in securely. It's February and I haven't had any issues yet. I check them to make sure they are screwed on tight, and I've only had to tighten them once since putting them in in December. I love that I can put them in and go on with life. These are perfect for third or higher piercings as the flat backs are very comfortable to wear while sleeping. All of my TIni Lux earrings have been very healing for my allergic reactive ears.
