I'm not sure if the hinge is loose or the clasp is defective but the locket doesn't close securely causing it to flap about noisily like a clam while walking. I contacted support and they sent me a new one, which I appreciate but unfortunately the second one has the same issue. If you can get over that, the necklace is cute. A smidge too gold for my tastes.
The locket itself is beautiful, but the chain that comes with it is rough and catches my hair and makes my neck itch
