What are the sale dates?

Everyone on our email list will have early access to the sale starting Nov 19. Full access will open Nov 21 and continue until Nov 30.

What is the benefit of early access?

Things sell out quickly this time of year! Early access ensures that you get to shop before the crowds so that (hopefully!) nothing has sold out yet.

How long does shipping take?

During the busy holiday season your orders may take a little longer to process. We aim to ship orders within 3 business days. Standard shipping times are around 4 business days in the United States.

What is your holiday return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unused condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team to initiate a return. Please note that certain conditions and exclusions may apply. You can find more information on our Returns & Refunds page. 

For orders placed between Nov 1 and Dec 25 we extend our return window to Jan 15 of the following year.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes we offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. During the holiday season we recommend allowing extra time for shipping. Our Christmas shipping deadline is Dec 4.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as ShopPay, Apple Pay, and PayPal for secure and convenient payment. At this time, we do not accept cash on delivery or personal checks.
