These are great! My ears were slightly sore for a couple days but now I can’t even feel them. Super light and comfy to sleep in.

Can’t get ahold of customer service

I had a reaction to two of the earrings and wrote customer service. They immediately responded saying “try aquaphor” and other suggestions, but when I wrote back right away saying that didn’t work and I would like to return them without the restock fee…. It was crickets. It’s been a week now and three contact attempts and I can’t get a response back.
