Unable to get in my ears

So adorable but I was unable to put them in my ears. Maybe others can do this task easier but I was not able to. I wish this design was in the standard post design too.

item arrived damaged (no problem, these things happen) and they are only offering a partial refund (-$10 "refund fee") which also does not cover shipping, unless I accept store credit.

Love them, but hate screw backs

These earrings are beautiful, but if I had one gripe, it’s that they’re screw backs. They are difficult to remove when you want to take them out. I worked on one ear for over 20 min just trying to unscrew it. If tiniLux can offer pushpin styles, that would be great!
