I purchased these earrings for my daughter’s birthday. The first pair was worn for a few hours and one of the pearls fell out. Our replacement pair came out of the box with a Pearl missing. There was not a loose Pearl in the box so obviously it was packaged damaged. I will have to say customer service did send a replacement pair with no questions asked. At this point we will mix the two earrings together but I have little faith this issue will not arise again. After many orders from Tini Lux this is the first time we have encountered such poor quality control issues.
