I was nervous to try this style of back, so I read the helpful tips and put these flat back studs in after I showered and it was easy peasy! This is my first time wearing this thicker style of post so my ear holes are a little tender as I think they are adjusting to the larger post size but looking forward to these simple studs for everyday and when I lay down it’s not irritating like it is when you don’t have a flat back type earring.
This review is purely from a sensitivite ear standpoint. The jewelry is beautiful and I was skeptical at first. I tried all the brands claiming sensitive friendly. This one is the real deal. For context I am incredibly allergic to nickel and sadly even solid gold :( I’m talking VERY allergic and recovery took forever if I put something problematic in my ears
Anyway these are worth a try. The fact they have some on Amazon make for a risk free purchase as well
It's a beautiful earring, but the specs are not correct. The length of the post is NOT 9mm. It is more like 6mm. It barely fit through my ear, and was snug when fully threaded down.
I wish the description would’ve included that the back post is not the typical diameter. My ear started bleeding trying to push it through and I had to give up. It’s a cute earring and I’m sure the metal is as described, but I can’t wear it and don’t know what to do with it now.
Really hard to put on and came loose so I lost one almost immediately
