ASTM F-67: Pure, unalloyed titanium. This is the safest metal for sensitive ears because it is the least likely to cause a reaction. We use this for almost all of our earrings.
ASTM F-136: Implant grade titanium. This is an biocompatible alloy containing aluminum, vanadium, and titanium. We use this for our flat back studs.
STAINLESS STEEL: We use this as a base metal for our bracelets and necklaces. We always use nickel free and lead free stainless steel. It is then plated with titanium nitride, a biocompatible material, to further protect sensitive skin.
COATING: Titanium nitride PVD is applied to our gold jewelry to give it an 18k gold color. Titanium nitride is a hypoallergenic material that is more durable and resistant to wear than gold plating.
CARE: Since the materials we use are non-tarnishing, our jewelry can be worn in the water and will not change color, rust, tarnish or turn green.
Tested for Purity

I am Obsessed with these earrings! I have Very sensitive ears and these I could Wear for a week straight without irritation. All of the tini lux earrings I have Are like that. Customer service has been phenomenal (shout out to Jessica for being patient with me!)
I have struggled with earrings because of metal sensitivities. I was referred to this company because I love earrings but the discomfort was brutal. Recently had my piercings reopened, and purchased these earrings because opal is my birthstone. Beautiful, but even more important, my ears don’t burn, itch, turn red, or swell. Very happy.
The opal was out of one of the earrings when I opened the box. Was looking up the return policy and was stunned that you either get store credit or a refund minus $10 for a “restocking fee”. That just sounds like poor business practice. It was a bad first impression after receiving a poorly put together piece, and I won’t order again from this company so receiving store credit wouldn’t benefit me. I’ll fix the earring myself but after spending $70 overall for this pair, highly disappointed.
We're sorry to hear your earrings were damaged. All manufacturing defects are covered by our warranty, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for a replacement!
I got a second piercing over 20 years ago that never seemed to like earrings, so 5 years ago I stopped wearing anything in those holes altogether. I was sure the holes had closed, but put these in after a shower with no trouble at all. For the first time, I can wear earrings in these piercings without irritation. Been waiting literally decades for this!
