I ordered these and within a few days the gemstone fell out of one of the earrings. I emailed customer service and they replaced them immediately. Within a few weeks the gemstones fell out of both of the new pair. I emailed customer service, they said they would refund or give credit towards a different pair. I followed up and asked for credit. That has been a couple months now and no follow through. I’ve emailed multiple times, totally ghosted by the company. Very cute earrings, but poor quality and poor customer service.

So pretty and lightweight! Wearing these in my first lobe piercing and they’re perfect. They’re not big but also not super small.

I loved these earrings but unfortunately they didn’t last. The first set had the stone pop out and the one of the earrings on the replacement set wouldn’t click together correctly. One ended up falling out of my ear and that was the end of that. Generally I like the earrings but this set was unfortunately not one that lasted.

Love them. No irritation! I can finally wear earrings again!
