Did not work but fast customer service

This was my last hope for my daughter’s ears. We both were super hopeful that this would not irritate her ears but they did so we’re pretty disappointed. Also, thankfully I had ordered an extra set of screws because after less than 72 hours of having the earrings in, I noticed that one of them were missing the screw.

I gave two stars because I had actually ordered the wrong back earrings and contacted CS right away. They had corrected the shipment items before shipping out my order.

Backs don't stay on

My daughter loved these earrings but unfortunately the backs didn't stay screwed on. I had read the earlier reviews and was a but unsure but figured we'd give them a try and make sure to tighten them regularly. Even with checking the backs twice a day, they loosened up throughout the day and fell off. After a few days of wear, one of the backs was lost.

Inconsistent post length

I ordered both the Olivia and Ava screwback earrings for my 7 year old daughter, and the length of the posts on these earrings is dramatically different. The Olivia was too short, and the Ava was a bit long but at least it didn't crush her earlobes so it gets 3 stars while the Olivia gets 1 star.

Bought these for my 6 year old daughter who has sensitive ears and already lost one of them because they don’t stay screwed on. I also ordered the light pink color heart earrings and instead received bright red for the color. When reaching out they said they would send another pair free of charge and then completely ghosted me. I have sent several follow up emails and haven’t heard anything back from the company. I wouldn’t waste your money with the product or the customer service!

Already lost one

I wanted to love these so much for my 5 year old daughter who has sensitive skin. But after only wearing them for a couple weeks one of the earrings has come out twice and now it lost. The screw on portion seems to be super short and even when screwed on all the way I guess it wasn’t stable enough. Bummer. $50 wasted :\
