As the other reviews state, these earrings are heavier than some of the other hoops offered, and I think the post is a bit thicker. I hadn't worn earrings for about 10 years before finding TiniLux so I did find them a bit painful the first time I tried them on. After a few weeks of regularly wearing other earring styles and adjusting my ears again, I was able to comfortably wear this pair. They make a great statement piece for elevating any outfit and I ended up buying the mini ones as well.

I bought a pair of studs here that I love and are non-irritating to my very sensitive ears, so I was stunned when these earrings caused extreme pain and allergic reaction in an earlobe piercing that previously had no trouble. These hoops are rather heavy, unlike a similar pair made from real gold, and while they allegedly don’t contain nickel, something is causing an extreme allergic reaction.

My mom absolutely loves these! I steal them from time to time. Perfect for special occasions too!

These earrings are amazing. They didn’t irritate my ears, I got them before going to an event and I couldn’t be happier! I’m so glad to have picked these. The size is exactly what I was looking for and the fact they are waterproof is a bonus!

No response back from your customer service team. My hoops are defective. No refund, no replacement, no response. Can anyone help me?
