I thought these were so cute and perfect for my sensitive second hole. I saw people had said their stone fell out but just figured it wouldn’t happen to me. I had purchased a pair and a stone fell out in about a month. I reached out to customer service and they sent me another pair for free. Now another stone fell out of my newer pair as well. They have been great for my sensitive ears but I suggest spending your money on a different style.

This company is disappointing
I was so excited about this brand. I haven’t been able to wear earrings for years, and was thrilled I found (what I thought) were high quality earrings. Between Amazon & the site I purchased six pairs. My issues: one of the pairs arrived as a single earring. I triple checked and it was indeed supposed to be a pair. I wouldn’t pay $65 for a single earring. Two of the hoops I bought do not close. I would lose them if I wore them and these are supposed to be ‘lived in’ jewelry. I am going to see how I do with the pairs that don’t have issues, but there is no quality control here.

Gems Fall out and Customer Service Going Downhill
I used to love buy earrings here, and have been for a few years. But my first pair I ordered the gem fell out a week later. When I contacted them, they took multiple attempts to contact until I could get a replacement. BUT they just sent the replacement and didn’t confirm the address, and I had moved. When I did get them they fell out again and I don’t want to go through customer service again. I miss when this company was more attentive to their customers. I mean I used to iMessage text customer service and they would respond right away.

Off Shore Huggie Hoop
Pretty little earrings but I wish the chain was a little longer. A little hard to put on. Plus they don’t hang down very much. This shop was helpful & efficient dealing with.
